武术精神是武术文化的精髓,是在中华文化深层影响下,中华民族所反映出的民族意识形态、思维方式和社会行为方式的总和[1]。它在时代的发展中不断吸收优秀的智慧和成果,融入哲学、文化、教育、养生、军事、经济等要素于一体,具有多元的文化价值和教育意义。
