舆论监督是我党新闻工作中重要和必不可少的手段,在构建和谐社会中有着不可替代的作用。其运用得当,对弘扬正气、扼制腐败、促进各项工作开展会产生积极的效果；反之,则会引发不必要的麻烦,破坏新闻媒体的形象,产生消极的社会效果,削弱舆论监督的作用。
Public opinion supervision is an important and indispensable means in our party’s news work and plays an irreplaceable role in building a harmonious society. Its proper application can have positive effects on promoting righteousness, curbing corruption and promoting various tasks. On the contrary, it will cause unnecessary troubles, destroy the image of the news media, produce negative social effects, and weaken the role of public opinion supervision.
