介绍了一种新型的法兰形式——刚性双排孔槽形法兰,并与传统法兰作了比较。由于这种连接形式是一种接触非线性问题,因此确定法兰的受力状况十分困难。借助有限元软件,考虑材料非线性和接触非线性,对这种连接形式作了比较详细的内力分析,总结了应力集中的分布区域,给出了内外侧螺栓直径的合理比值。
A new type of flange, a rigid double-row grooved flange, is introduced and compared with conventional flanges. As this form of connection is a non-linear contact problem, it is very difficult to determine the stress condition of the flange. With the aid of finite element software, considering material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity, this kind of connection form was analyzed in detail. The distribution area of stress concentration was summarized, and the reasonable ratio of bolt diameter inside and outside was given.
