自从Myocilin/TIGR被发现以来,对其在正常细胞及原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)中作用的研究较多,现在多数学者认为其在POAG发病中具有一定作用,并对其机制提出很多看法,如不溶性Myocilin/TIGR蛋白与细胞内正常蛋白结合,影响正常蛋白功能:Myocilin/TIGR蛋白结构改变导致功能改变;Myocilin/TIGR蛋白拮抗蛋白功能过剩等;但是未明确的地方仍然很多,我们将综述近年对其研究所取得的成果及存在的问题。
Since the discovery of Myocilin / TIGR, Myocilin / TIGR has been widely studied in normal cells and primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). Nowadays, most scholars think it plays a role in the pathogenesis of POAG, Mycilin / TIGR protein antagonism of protein function over; but not clear where there is still a lot, we will be, if the insoluble Myocilin / TIGR protein and intracellular normal protein binding, affecting normal protein function: Myocilin / TIGR protein structure changes lead to functional changes; Summarizes the achievements and problems of its research in recent years.
