一、前言弧齿端面联轴节也称弧齿端面多齿盘,1942年美国开始应用在机械传动中。这种联轴节与其它型式的多齿盘比较具有以下优点:1) 精度高,2) 承载能力大,3) 加工生产率高,4) 使用范围广,5) 齿面接触区可以控制。弧齿端面联轴节是随着弧齿锥齿轮加工而发展起来的,它可以利用加工弧齿锥齿轮相似的机床和加工方法来加工。弧齿端面联轴节按结构型式分为下列三种:
I. Introduction Arc tooth face coupling, also known as arc tooth face multi-tooth plate, 1942 the United States began to apply in mechanical transmission. This type of coupling has the following advantages over other types of multi-toothed discs: 1) high precision, 2) high load carrying capacity, 3) high process productivity, 4) wide range of applications, and 5) control of tooth contact area. Spiral toothed end couplings have evolved with spiral bevel gear machining that can be machined using similar machine tools and machining methods for machining spiral bevel gears. Arc tooth face coupling according to structure type is divided into the following three:
