目的:研究手术或外伤时可能同时损伤3条以上直肌而造成的局部血流量下降的情况,方法:利用51Cr同位素示踪技术及参考血样法对45只成年杂种犬不同组合眼直肌离断后0,2,4,6,8周时的局部血流量进行了检测。结果:①A组(上、下直肌十外直肌离断组)、B组(上、下直肌十内直肌离断组)和C组(上、下直肌离断组)瞬时血流量分别下降了24.9%,24.9%和23.5%.4周时局部血流量开始恢复,8周时恢复分别达到正常值的84.8%,85.8%和87.4%。②实验中共发生眼前节缺血综合征(ASIS)7例(占总数的15.56%)A,B,C三组无统计学差异:ASIS组和未发生ASIS组在0~4周时局部血流量无明显差异,在6~8周时有明显差异(P<0.05).结论:同时离断3条直肌或同时离断2条垂直肌就会严重影响眼前节血循环,并导致ASIS的发生。ASIS的发生不完全取决于局部血流量的早期变化,而与其晚期组织对缺血代偿反应差异有关
OBJECTIVE: To study the local blood flow decrease caused by more than 3 rectus muscles injured at the same time during surgery or trauma. METHODS: Fifty-five adult mongrel dogs with different combinations of oculomotor muscles were isolated using 51Cr isotope tracer technique and reference blood sample method Local blood flow at 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks was tested. Results: ① Instantaneous blood of group A (upper and lower rectus ten lateral rectus abdominis), group B (upper and lower rectus tentius rectus abdominis) and group C (upper and lower rectus abdominis) Traffic decreased by 24.9%, 24.9% and 23.5% respectively. At 4 weeks, local blood flow started to recover, reaching 84.8%, 85.8% and 87.4% of the normal values at 8 weeks. ② In the experiment, there were 7 ASAS cases (15.56% of the total) in the A, B and C groups. There was no significant difference between ASIS group and non-ASIS group at 0-4 weeks There was no significant difference in blood flow between 6 and 8 weeks (P <0.05). Conclusion: Simultaneously disconnecting three rectus muscles or two vertical muscles at the same time will seriously affect the anterior segment blood circulation and lead to the occurrence of ASIS. The occurrence of ASIS does not depend entirely on the early changes in local blood flow, and its late organization on the differences in ischemic compensatory response
