在这种铁基高温合金的晶界上,观察到主要存在相是厚片状和小片状M_6C。测得这种M_6C是标准化学分子式为A_4B_2C的(Fe,Cr,V)_4(W,Mo,Nb,V)_2C。观察到合金经时效特别是长期时效后,由于晶界M_6C的析出,晶界M_(25)C_8以M_6C为核,并与之保持良好共格关系,以薄片状和大尺寸薄膜状沉淀。从这两种相重迭晶体所给出的波纹图样上,测得其错配度约为3%。
On the grain boundaries of this iron-based superalloy, the main presence phases were observed to be lamellar and platelet-like M_6C. This M_6C was measured as (Fe, Cr, V) _4 (W, Mo, Nb, V) _2C with the standard chemical formula A_4B_2C. It is observed that the grain boundary M_ (25) C_8 has M_6C nucleus and remains well coherent relationship with the precipitation of flaky and large size film due to the precipitation of grain boundary M_6C after the aging, especially the long-term aging. The degree of mismatch was measured at about 3% from the moire patterns given by these two overlapping crystals.
