为了科学地指导地区电网建设规划,开发了基于灰色关联理论、模糊聚类原理及层次分析法的地区电网建设规模评估系统。系统以Visual Studio.NET作为开发工具,利用VB.NET开发前台界面,采用VC++.NET开发后台算法,数据库服务器选用SQL Server开发工具,并运用了模块化软件设计思想,具有操作简便、运行可靠、扩展性强、升级维护方便等特点。该系统主要有评估指标统计数据管理、指标关联分析、地区聚类分析、电网建设规模综合评估等功能。使用该系统对某省14个地区电网规模进行评估,评估结果科学合理,为电网规划管理部门提供了决策参考依据,对指导电网建设资金的部署具有实际工程意义。
In order to guide the planning of regional power grids scientifically, a scale assessment system of regional power grids based on gray relational theory, fuzzy clustering theory and analytic hierarchy process was developed. The system uses Visual Studio.NET as the development tool, uses VB.NET to develop the foreground interface, uses VC ++. NET to develop the backstage algorithm, the database server chooses SQL Server development tool, and has used the modular software design idea, has the simple operation, the reliable operation, Scalability, easy to upgrade and maintenance features. The system mainly includes such functions as the management of evaluation index statistics, index correlation analysis, regional cluster analysis and comprehensive assessment of power grid construction scale. Using this system to evaluate the scale of power grids in 14 regions of a province, the evaluation results are scientific and reasonable, which provides reference for decision-making for power grid planning and management departments and has practical engineering significance for guiding the deployment of grid construction funds.
