本文以 HWL2型航空红外测温仪近几年实测数据为依据,讨论了仪器的稳定性,测量精度和分辨率,以及海上使用结果,得出如下结论。(1)仪器采用基准黑体比较的直腔恒温型结构,有效地克服环境温度影响,仪器在-10℃—+40℃环境下工作时,仪器漂移为±0.2℃(中误差)。(2)仪器稳定性达到0.2℃/6小时。(3)仪器分辨率为0.1℃。(4)仪器在空中检测与室内标定无明显差别。(5)测量精度:a、室内达到±0.3℃。b、在300米高度以下,无云雾影响时,不用修正可达到±0.5℃。c、用对比法修正实测精度为±0.3℃。
In this paper, based on the measured data of HWL2 aviation infrared pyrometer in recent years, the stability, measurement accuracy and resolution of the instrument, as well as the results of offshore use are discussed. The following conclusions are drawn. (1) The instrument adopts the straight-cavity thermostat-type structure which is compared with the standard blackbody to effectively overcome the influence of ambient temperature. When the instrument is working in the environment of -10 ℃ - + 40 ℃, the drift of the instrument is ± 0.2 ℃ (medium error). (2) Instrument stability reached 0.2 ℃ / 6 hours. (3) instrument resolution of 0.1 ℃. (4) There is no significant difference between instrument detection and indoor calibration in the air. (5) measurement accuracy: a, indoor to ± 0.3 ℃. b, at 300 meters below the height, without the impact of cloud, without amendment up to ± 0.5 ℃. c, using the contrast method to correct the measured accuracy of ± 0.3 ℃.
