门诊选择适合于直接和间接盖髓术的病牙120个,分别用实验材料羟基磷灰石加ZT医用胶和氢氧化钙两盖髓剂作间接或直接盖髓术。经1年后复查,结果发现羟基磷灰行加ZT医用胶和氢氧化钙对照组曲组间接盖术疗效无显著差异性(p>0.05),直接盖髓术疗效有显著差异(p<0.05),并址实验组疗效高于对照纽。结果表明,羟基磷灰石联合ZT医用胶性能优于氢氧化钙,且临床使用操作比氢氧化钙更为简便。
Outpatient selection suitable for direct and indirect capping of the diseased teeth 120, respectively, with experimental materials hydroxyapatite plus ZT medical glue and calcium hydroxide two capping agent for indirect or direct capping operation. After a year of review, the results showed that hydroxyapatite plus ZT medical adhesive and calcium hydroxide control group indirect treatment effect no significant difference (p> 0.05), direct lidai significant difference (p <0.05) , And site experimental group than the control effect of New Zealand. The results show that hydroxyapatite ZT medical adhesive performance is superior to calcium hydroxide, and clinical use of calcium hydroxide easier than operation.
