The disk-guided wave structure (TWS) is an important accelerating structure in electron accelerators. It has been widely used in scientific research and industrial production, especially in the field of high-energy high-power electron irradiation. In designing this accelerating structure, the power efficiency of the accelerating structure is an important indicator that has a significant impact on the engineering cost and the economics of commercial operation.
