1 材料和方法1.1 材料在实验室选择2005年生产的天协1号、德农2000、粤优238等3个水稻品种,这3个品种种子表面都不同程度的感染霉菌。选择的种子消毒剂为南宁市化工集团有限公司灌阳分厂生产的强氯精。采用种子沙床(S)和纸床(TP)进行发芽试验。1.2 方法每个品种一分为四,采取沙床药剂处理(S)、沙床未处理(S对照)、纸床药剂处理(TP)和纸床未处理(TP对照)4种方法进行种子发芽比较试验,药剂处理的种子先浸种1h,然后用0.2%浓度的强氯精浸泡3h,取出后将种子表面的药液冲洗干净。每个品种设4次重复,
1 Materials and methods 1.1 Materials Three rice varieties, namely Tian Yi No.1, Deon 2000 and Yueyou 238, which were produced in 2005, were selected in the laboratory.
