近期,我们对县直某单位１９９６年至１９９７年收费、罚没收入财务收支情况进行了审计。在对该单位某科审计时,该科罚没收入及各项收费票、款相符,未发现有大的违纪违规问题。当我们询问科里

近期,我们对县直某单位１９９６年至１９９７年收费、罚没收入财务收支情况进行了审计。在对该单位某科审计时,该科罚没收入及各项收费票、款相符,未发现有大的违纪违规问题。当我们询问科里有几部车时,均回答有三部,其中一辆旧车,两辆新车（２０２０与桑塔纳）。疑问马上在我们脑海里产生,因为,在审计该单位固定资产明细账时,只记载一辆旧车。于是审计组顺藤摸瓜,仔细向科长询问购车的资金来源,科长便支支吾吾的回答说:“是从机电公司‘借’的”。“借”的背后有什么？经审计组集体研究,对该科“借”车一事进行外调。经到机电公司调查,
