铸件均衡凝固的主要原理是利用铸铁件在凝固过程中石墨析出产生体积膨胀来补偿同时间金属液体温度降低和奥氏体析出的凝固收缩。它的工艺要点概括起来就是“顶注优先,冒口靠边”。均衡凝固工艺在我厂生产中应用,取得了满意的效果。我厂生产的12V135柴油发动机上的座架,湿型,每箱一件,材质HT250,铸件重量18kg,尺寸见图1。从1973年到1990年8月一直采用两只压边浇冒口(见图2)。由于两只冒口分别压在铸件最厚实处,浇冒口铁水的进入加大了铸件本身两条厚实部位原有的热节,铁水冶金质量稍有波动,经常在压边冒口下面形
Casting the main principle of balanced solidification is the use of cast iron pieces in the solidification process of precipitation of graphite to produce volume expansion to compensate for the same time the liquid metal temperature reduction and precipitation of austenite solidification shrinkage.
