目的观察扶正1号汤对结直肠癌术后患者临床证候、免疫功能的影响。方法结直肠癌术后患者随机分为三组,分别行：动态观察、口服复方斑蝥胶囊、口服扶正1号汤,疗程3个月。观察治疗前后患者临床症状及T淋巴细胞亚群CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋及NK数值,白细胞介素-2以及白细胞介素-4变化。结果扶正1号汤可以改善结直肠癌术后患者临床证候,提高CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋以及NK细胞的数量;并提升结直肠癌术后患者血清白细胞介素-2以及白细胞介素-4水平,提高患者免疫功能。结论扶正1号汤可以改善结直肠癌术后患者临床证候,提
