探讨蓄电池厂工人尿中铅与其他微量元素的相关性,为铅中毒的诊断和治疗提供参考依据。用ICP-MS分析蓄电池厂工人尿中铅与其他微量元素的含量,并进行相关性统计分析。结果显示,蓄电池厂25名工人尿中铅超标者为8人,超标率为32%。发现尿铅与尿锌、硒、铬、锰含量呈正相关(P<0.01),其相关系数(r)分别为0.893、0.848、0.775、0.895。提示,长期暴露在铅环境下易发生铅中毒并引起体内其他元素含量的变化,铅中毒者补锌和硒可能有助于铅的排除。
To explore the correlation between urine lead and other trace elements in battery factory workers and provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of lead poisoning. The content of lead and other trace elements in urine of battery factory workers was analyzed by ICP-MS, and correlation analysis was carried out. The results showed that 25 workers in the battery factory urine lead exceeded 8 persons, exceeding the standard rate of 32%. Found that urine lead and urine zinc, selenium, chromium, manganese content was positively correlated (P <0.01), the correlation coefficient (r) were 0.893,0.848,0.775,0.895. Tip, long-term exposure to lead prone to lead poisoning and lead to changes in the content of other elements in the body, lead poisoning, zinc and selenium may contribute to the elimination of lead.
