疫病的发生不仅给水产业造成了巨大的经济损失,同时引发的药物滥用问题也给水产品质量安全带来了隐患。在水生动物疫病防控管理上,世界动物卫生组织(OIE)提出了一套由政府和养殖者共同实施的疫病管理新策略——生物安全隔离区划。本文对OIE《水生动物卫生法典》中有关章节内容进行了翻译,供水生动物防疫工作者在实际工作中参阅。
The outbreak of the epidemic not only caused huge economic losses to the aquaculture industry, but also caused the problems of drug abuse which brought hidden dangers to the quality and safety of aquatic products. In the prevention and control of aquatic animal diseases, the World Animal Health Organization (OIE) put forward a set of new strategies for disease management jointly implemented by governments and farmers - the Biosafety Quarantine Zoning. This article translates the relevant chapters in the OIE Aquatic Animal Health Code, and the aquatic animal epidemic prevention workers refer to it in practice.
