通过观察棉花根水煎剂对D-半乳糖诱导的衰老模型小鼠红细胞和脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化脂质(LPO)含量,探索棉花根的抗衰作用。结果表明,灌服棉花根组小鼠SOD活性明显高于对照组,而LPO含量则明显低于对照组,提示其具有抗衰作用。
The anti-aging effect of cotton root was explored by observing the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in erythrocytes and brain tissue of D-galactose-induced aging model mice. The results showed that the activity of SOD in the cotton root group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the LPO content was significantly lower than that in the control group, suggesting that it had anti-aging effect.
