随着社会信息化、网络化的迅猛发展,科技情报信息机构面对着前所未有的发展机遇的同时,也面临着严峻挑战.作为省级科技情报信息机构,如何更好地开展新形势下的科技情报工作,进一步为政府部门提供决策服务和情报信息服务,为河南省科技创新和社会进步提供强有力的科技情报信息支持,是关系到科技情报机构生存和发展的大问题.近几年,河南省科技情报所勇于开拓创新,在科技文献资源建设、网络建设、人才培养、环境营造、设备更新以及内部机构重组等方面,均取得了长足发展.
