目的:探究经球孢白僵菌发酵前后中药土鳖虫中蛋白质、多糖、核酸含量的差异。方法:利用改良Lowry法、苯酚-硫酸法、定磷法,分别测定蛋白质、多糖、核酸的含量,采用单因素方差分析和LSD-t检验方法,比较两者含量的差异。结果:土鳖虫发酵前水溶性蛋白质含量为108.24mg/g,发酵后为152.33mg/g;发酵前多糖含量为41.76mg/g,发酵后为27.96mg/g;发酵前核酸含量为40.23mg/g,发酵后为42.58mg/g。结论:土鳖虫发酵后蛋白质含量较高,而发酵前多糖含量较高,且均有极显著差异,核酸发酵前后含量没有明显差异。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the differences of protein, polysaccharide and nucleic acid content in the beetle before and after fermentation by Beauveria bassiana. Methods: The contents of proteins, polysaccharides and nucleic acids were determined by modified Lowry method, phenol-sulfuric acid method and phosphorus fixation method. The differences between the two methods were compared using one-way ANOVA and LSD-t test. Results: The water-soluble protein content of Eupolyphaga sinensis was 108.24mg / g before fermentation and 152.33mg / g after fermentation. The content of polysaccharide before fermentation was 41.76mg / g, and the content of water-soluble protein was 27.96mg / g after fermentation. The content of nucleic acid before fermentation was 40.23mg / g, 42.58 mg / g after fermentation. CONCLUSION: The content of protein in Eupolyphaga was higher after fermenting, but higher in polysaccharides before fermentation, both of which had extremely significant difference. There was no significant difference between before and after nucleic acid fermentation.
