实验在26只家兔上进行。刺激下丘脑防御反应区引起升压反应的过程中,在延髓腹外侧区记录到自发放电活动的血压相关单位147个。根据这些单位对刺激主动脉神经的反应,将它们分成A、B、C、D、E五类,实验结果提示,A类单位可能为维持血管紧张性的交感神经元,占单位总数的12%;B类单位可能为位于交感神经元前的抑制性中间神经元,占15%;C、D类神经元的功能尚不清楚。E类神经元可能与防御反应的其他成分有关,不参与对血压的控制。
Experiments were performed on 26 rabbits. During the process of stimulating the hypotensive response in the hypothalamic defensive zone, 147 blood pressure-related units were recorded in the rostral ventrolateral medulla. According to these units to stimulate the aortic nerve response, they are divided into A, B, C, D, E five categories, the experimental results suggest that the type A unit may maintain sympathetic neurons of vascular tone, accounting for 12% of the total number of units ; Class B units may be in inhibitory interneurons located in front of interneurons, accounting for 15%; C, D neurons function is unclear. Class E neurons may be involved in other components of the defense response and are not involved in controlling blood pressure.
