一、热喷涂的主要特点热喷涂是指喷涂材料(线材、粉材)经过热源加热至熔融或高塑性状态而喷射到零件表面形成涂层的一种工艺过程。本文主要介绍氧—乙炔火焰和等离子喷涂的应用,它们是热喷涂中应用最广的两种喷涂技术。涂层的性能主要取决于喷涂材料。目前,已经具有满足各种需要的品种繁多的喷涂材料供应,因此,热喷涂已经成为机械零件强化和修复的有效措施。
First, the main features of thermal spraying Thermal spraying refers to the spraying material (wire, powder) after the heat source to the molten or high plasticity state and sprayed onto the surface of the parts to form a coating process. This article describes the application of oxy-acetylene flame and plasma spraying, which are the two most widely used thermal spraying techniques. The performance of the coating depends mainly on the spray material. At present, there is a wide variety of spray material supplies that meet a variety of needs, and therefore, thermal spraying has become an effective measure for strengthening and repairing mechanical parts.
