俄罗斯沃罗涅日建筑工程学院最近研究出了一种制取新型装饰材料——人造凝灰岩饰面板的生产工艺。该板材以硅酸盐多孔混凝土为基材,具有良好的装饰性和高耐候性。人造凝灰岩是一种平均密度为800~900kg/m~3的耐候材料,其抗压强度为5~7.5MPa;抗冻性不低于50次冻融循环;干缩小于O.4mm/m。采用特殊的生产工艺将板材凝灰岩的宏观结构及其表面构造改变成似天然的凝灰岩。
The Voronezh Institute of Architecture and Engineering in Russia recently developed a process for producing a new type of decorative material, a man-made tuff decorative panel. The board is made of silicate porous concrete and has good decorative and high weather resistance. Artificial tuff is a weather-resistant material with an average density of 800-900kg/m3, and its compressive strength is 5-7.5MPa; frost resistance is not less than 50 freeze-thaw cycles; dry shrinkage is 0.4mm/m. A special production process is used to change the macrostructure and surface structure of the tuff of the board into a natural tuff.
