为了研究城市生物气溶胶的污染及其传播规律 ,于1998年春夏两季在南京大学校园的气象塔进行微生物监测。2 4小时内不同时间和不同高度的大气细菌和真菌浓度采样测定研究结果表明 ,夏季无论是细菌还是真菌平均浓度都高于春季 ;不论是春季还是夏季的细菌和真菌平均浓度都随高度的增加而减少 ;一天内 4个时间的细菌、真菌样品形态特征分类。结果表明 ,两个季节大气细菌以革兰氏阳性菌占绝对优势 ,各种形态的细菌中 ,球菌占首位 ;大气真菌共鉴定出五属一科 ,春夏两季均以青霉属占首位
In order to study the pollution of urban bio-aerosol and its propagation, micro-organism monitoring was conducted in the meteorological tower on the campus of Nanjing University in the spring and summer of 1998. 2 Bacteria and Fungi Concentration Sampling at Different Times and Altitudes in 4 Hours The results showed that the average concentrations of bacteria and fungi in summer were higher than those in spring, and the average concentration of bacteria and fungi in both summer and spring increased with altitude While reducing the morphological characteristics of bacteria and fungi samples within 4 days in a day. The results showed that Gram-positive bacteria accounted for the absolute dominant bacteria in the two seasons, and bacteria were the most common in all kinds of bacteria. Atmospheric fungi identified five genera and one family, and Penicillium was the most common in spring and summer
