Studies have shown that young patients with non-keratinized HPV-positive cases of non-keratinized basal-like morphology and characteristic immunophenotype. The aim of this study was to review a large number of cases of oropharyngeal cancer of all ages to identify non-keratinizing tumor. The cases were divided into two groups: the first group was non-keratinized group, the second group was keratosis group (control group).
