项目概况本项目位于北京市房山区阎村中心镇南梨园村,东至紫码路,南至规划道路中心,西至绿城百合公寓项目东侧规划路,北至京周公路代征绿地边界线。项目总用地22hm~2,建筑面积20余万m~2。分三期进行,一期位于用地南区,为低密度住区。建设用地面积6,25hm~2,总建筑面积59100m~2,包括花园洋房、叠拼别墅和联排别墅。建筑高度最高23.24m,建筑层数3～6.5层。
Project Overview The project is located in Nanlianyuan Village, Yancun Town, Fangshan District, Beijing. It is on the east of Purple Road and south of Planning Road Center, west of Greentown Lily Apartment on the east side of Planning Road, and on the north of Beijing-Zhouzhou Highway on the boundary line of Greenland . The total land area of 22hm ~ 2, construction area of more than 20 million m ~ 2. Divided into three phases, a South of the site is located for low-density settlements. Construction land area of 6,25 hm ~ 2, a total construction area of 59,100 m ~ 2, including the garden house, stacked spell villas and townhouses. The highest building height of 23.24m, building layers 3 to 6.5 layers.
