目的了解佛山地区女性尖锐湿疣患者中人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)基因型别的感染状况及其临床意义。方法选择149例尖锐湿疣女性患者,通过聚合酶链式反应对病毒DNA进行扩增后,利用基因芯片对扩增产物进行导流杂交和分型检测。结果 149例被诊断为尖锐湿疣的受检者中,有113例检出HPV DNA阳性,其检出率为75.8%。感染人群主要集中在21~30岁年龄段,占39.8%(45/113)。在诊断为HPV阳性的113位患者中,单一感染83例,占73.5%(83/113);多重感染30例,占26.5%(30/113)。在HPV单一亚型感染病例中,HPV 6型是主要感染亚型,其次是11型。在HPV多重感染病例中,共出现3种多重感染类型,其中二重感染为主要类型,且以混合型感染为主。结论佛山地区女性尖锐湿疣患者以感染低危型HPV为主,好发于21~30岁的青壮年阶段;以单一感染为主,多重感染则以二重感染和混合型感染为主。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes in women with condyloma acuminatum in Foshan area and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 149 female patients with condyloma acuminatum were selected. The viral DNA was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Then the amplified products were subjected to flow-through hybridization and genotyping using gene chip. Results Of the 149 cases diagnosed as condyloma acuminatum, 113 cases were positive for HPV DNA, the detection rate was 75.8%. Infected people mainly concentrated in the 21 to 30 age group, accounting for 39.8% (45/113). Among the 113 patients diagnosed as HPV positive, 83 cases were single infection, accounting for 73.5% (83/113), and 30 cases were multiple infection (26.5%, 30/113). In the case of a single subtype of HPV infection, HPV type 6 is the major subtype of infection, followed by type 11. In the case of multiple HPV infection, there were three types of multiple infections, of which the double infection was the main type and the majority were mixed infections. Conclusions Female patients with condyloma acuminatum in Foshan area are predominantly infected with low-risk HPV and occur mainly in young adults aged 21 to 30 years. Single infection is the major cause of multiple genital warts infection.
