目的:探讨阴茎包埋对阴茎海绵体组织缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)表达的影响。方法:通过建立隐匿阴茎大鼠模型获得实验标本,分2月组、4月组,每组25只大鼠,各阶段又分包埋组(15只),正常组(10只),光镜下观察海绵体形态结构的改变,免疫组化法观察海绵体平滑肌细胞Cx43的表达。结果:2月包埋组与2月正常组相比Cx43的表达无明显变化(吸光度值0.30±0.04比0.34±0.11,P>0.05),包埋4月组光镜下见大鼠阴茎海绵体大量间质组织增生,海绵窦狭窄,免疫组化观察包埋4月组大鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌Cx43表达较正常组明显降低(正常4月组吸光度值0.38±0.06;包埋4月组0.18±0.03,P<0.05)。结论:随着包埋时间的延长,阴茎包埋导致海绵体形态结构上的病理改变、Cx43表达减少,可能引起阴茎勃起功能障碍。
Objective: To investigate the effect of penile embedding on the expression of connexin 43 (Cx43) in the corpus cavernosum. Methods: The experimental specimens were obtained by establishing a concealed penile rat model. The rats were divided into 2 groups (n = 24) and April group (25 nails per group). The rats in each group were divided into 5 groups: normal control group The morphological changes of sponge were observed, and the expression of Cx43 in sponge smooth muscle cells was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results: There was no significant change in the expression of Cx43 between the embedding group and the normal control group in February (absorbance 0.30 ± 0.04 vs 0.34 ± 0.11, P> 0.05) A large number of interstitial tissue hyperplasia, cavernous sinus stenosis, immunohistochemical observation embedding 4 month rat corpus cavernosal smooth muscle Cx43 expression was significantly lower than the normal group (normal in April absorbance value 0.38 ± 0.06; embedding April group 0.18 ± 0.03, P <0.05). CONCLUSION: With the extension of embedding time, embedding of penis leads to the morphological and structural changes of sponge, reducing the expression of Cx43, which may cause erectile dysfunction.
