本文根据无限自由度体系和单自由度体系在振动时动能相等的理论,将具有无限自由度的真实舌簧阀析算成具有单自由度体系的等效假想舌簧阀,应用Bredesen气阀动力学模型的求解并进一步简化,获得了往复式空气压缩机舌簧阀的简化工程计算法。根据试验研究和工程实践经验,给出了常用舌簧阀的流量系数,速度准则,弹簧力与气体力比值、当量撞击速度以及相对余隙容积的范围。
According to the theory of kinetic energy of infinite degree of freedom system and single degree of freedom system in vibration, this paper analyzes the true reed valve with infinite degree of freedom into equivalent hypothetical reed valve with single degree of freedom system. Bredesen valve force By solving the model and further simplifying, a simplified engineering calculation method of reed valve of reciprocating air compressor was obtained. According to the experimental research and practical experience, the flow coefficient, velocity criterion, ratio of spring force to gas force, equivalent impact velocity and relative clearance volume of common reed valve are given.
