导入模式的过程既是公司学习提高的过程,也是公司改革创新的过程,更是公司重塑再造的过程。践行卓越绩效模式,是推进企业可持续发展的必由之路。上海港务工程公司自2005年导入卓越绩效管理模式以来,给公司带来最大的变化是公司上下统一了思想,管理进一步系统化、科学化。导入模式的过程既是公司学习提高的过程,也是公司改革创新的过程,更是公司重塑再造的过程。践行卓越绩效模式,是推进企业可持续发展的必由之路。本文中,笔者将对公司推行卓越绩效模式的经验作出总结,以进一步清晰发展战略,通过战略引导、结构优化、管理创新、文化辅助、履行社会责任等几个主要方面深入地开展各项工作,推进公司可持续发展。
