采用模块化的设计思想;对急于主从分布式计算机控制步进电机的系统进行了研究. 设计了内嵌MCS一51单片机的步进电机控制电路.设计了以IBM一PC计算机与MCS-51单 片机组成的主从分布式控制系统的硬件电路和软件.解决了 IBM-PC计算机与各单片机之 间的数据通讯问题.经在焊缝自动跟踪三维滑台中使用,证实该系统结构简单。使用方便 且成本低,是解决多步进电机控制问题的理想方案.
The modular design concept is adopted. The system of stepping motor controlled by distributed computer is studied. Design a stepping motor control circuit embedded MCS 51 microcontroller. The hardware and software of master-slave distributed control system composed of IBM-PC computer and MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer are designed. Solved the problem of data communication between IBM-PC computer and SCM. It is proved that the system has a simple structure by automatically tracking the three-dimensional slide in the weld seam. Easy to use and low cost, is the ideal solution to the problem of multi-stepper motor control.
