为适应国家环保及节能的各项要求,热电厂集中工业供热是国家政策大力提倡的的一种供热模式。热电厂热用户供热参数、供热需求以及政府补贴等各个方面的复杂性给热电厂正常经营管理、费用结算提出了一个新的课题。本文以绍兴江滨热电厂为例,对热电厂集中工业供热动态经营管理模式进行了阐述和探讨,为工业抽汽的热电厂提供了一定的借鉴。
In order to meet the national environmental protection and energy-saving requirements, thermal power plant focused industrial heating is strongly advocated by the national policy of a heating mode. Thermal power plant heat user heating parameters, heating demand and government subsidies and other aspects of the complexity of the normal operation and management of thermal power plants, cost settlement put forward a new topic. This paper takes Shaoxing Jiangbin Thermal Power Plant as an example, expounds and discusses the dynamic operation and management mode of centralized industrial heat supply in thermal power plant, and provides some references for industrial extraction steam thermal power plant.
