目的:探讨前不均倾位的临床特点及母儿结局。方法:回顾性分析比较112例前不均倾位和枕前位临床特点及母儿结局。结果:前不均倾位组手术取头困难,子宫切口撕裂,新生儿窒息,宫口扩张延缓、宫颈水肿的发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前不均倾位导致母儿并发症增加,正确处理可减少母儿不良结局的发生。
Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics of uneven advance and maternal and child outcomes. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 112 cases of anterior disparity and anterior occipital position clinical features and maternal and child outcomes. Results: The patients in the anteflexion group had difficulty in obtaining the operation, the incision of the uterine incision, the asphyxia of the newborn, the delayed expansion of the cervix, and the incidence of cervical edema were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Uneven dumping lead to increased complications of both mother and child. Proper treatment can reduce the incidence of maternal and child adverse outcomes.
