连续刚构桥是大跨桥型的一种重要形式。它施工比连续梁桥简单、养护费用低。由于具有强梁柔墩的特性,当墩身较高时其造价明显降低,因而它的应用十分广泛。但是也具有一定的缺点,例如:在施工时0#块容易开裂,对地基的要求比较高。所以在做运营前的荷载试验时,除常规的试验项目外,还要进行承台沉降等内容的检查。笔者结合沪蓉西高速公路恩施段的渔泉溪大桥这一高墩大跨连续刚构桥,较详细地介绍了其荷载试验前的准备工作、试验过程,以及为了增加测量数据的可信度而做的其他细微工作。
Continuous rigid frame bridge is an important form of long span bridge. It is simpler to construct than the continuous girder bridge with low maintenance cost. Due to the characteristics of strong beam flexible pier, its cost is obviously reduced when the pier body is high, so it is widely used. However, it also has certain disadvantages. For example, it is easy to crack the 0 # block during construction and has high requirements on the foundation. Therefore, during the pre-operation load test, in addition to the conventional test items, inspection of the settlement of the caps should also be carried out. The author combines Yuquan section of Enshi section of Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway with Yuequan Bridge which is a high-pier and long-span continuous rigid frame bridge. The pre-load preparation and testing process and the reliability of measurement data are introduced in detail. And do other minor jobs.
