从跨出大学校门到带300多人的团队,沈鹏只花了一年时间。恐怕过去任何一种商业模式都无法像团购这样,让年轻人的职业生涯实现这样的高速成长。在最近很红的一本关于互联网史的书《浪潮之巅》里,作者吴军在扉页写道:“对于一个弄潮的年轻人来说,最幸运的,莫过于赶上一波大潮。”当本地服务业电子商务的第一个浪头打过来时,沈鹏就抓住了这个机会。去年7月才从中央财经大学金融学院毕业的他,现在已经是美团网新任的北京城市经理,同时兼任天津、山东大区经理,管理着300多人的团队(相当于一家中型规模的互联网公司),每月肩扛小几千万的销售额。
