目的:探讨细节护理在颅脑外伤患者护理中的应用价值。方法:选取浙江省宁波市北仑区人民医院2014年3月~2016年2月收治的95例重型颅脑外伤患者为观察组,选取2012年3月~2014年2月该院收治的95例重型颅脑外伤患者作为对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施细节护理,比较两组护理人员的护理评价结果和患者满意度。结果:观察组护理人员的风险意识率、急救药械准备充分率、操作合格率和护理文书书写规范率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的患者满意度为95.79%,明显高于对照组的87.37%(P<0.05)。结论:细节护理能够明显提高临床护理质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the value of detailed nursing in the nursing of patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods: Ninety-five patients with severe craniocerebral trauma who were treated in Beilun District People’s Hospital of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province from March 2014 to February 2016 were selected as observation group. 95 cases of severe type Patients with traumatic brain injury as a control group. The control group used routine nursing, observation group implementation details nursing, nursing care evaluation results and patient satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results: The risk awareness rate, the adequacy of first-aid kit preparation, the qualified rate of operation and the writing standard rate of nursing documents in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 95.79% 87.37% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing can significantly improve the quality of clinical care and improve patient satisfaction.
