[目的]观察排石汤联合速效救心丸治疗输尿管结石疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将136例住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组68例氟哌酸0.2g/次,3次/d;速尿20mg/次,3次/d;氯化钾0.5g/次,3次/d;维生素K3 8mg/次,2次/d,肌注;山莨菪碱10mg/次,2次/d,肌注。服药后饮水(500~1000mL)、跳跃运动。服药7d后休息3d。治疗组68例排石汤(金钱草50g,海金沙20g,鸡内金15g,石韦30g,三棱、莪术各15g,丹参20g,赤芍15g,红花10g,瞿麦、滑石20g、车前子、牛膝、菟丝子各15g,枳壳10g)水煎200mL,1剂/d,早晚温服;速效救心丸6粒/次,3次/d,舌下含服。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访1年,观测临床症状、复发等。[结果]治疗组痊愈62例,好转5例,无效1例,总有效率98.53%。对照组痊愈36例,好转25例,无效7例,总有效率89.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。腰腹疼痛缓解时间及结石排出时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。随访1年,治疗组痊愈病例无复发(0/62),对照组痊愈有9例复发(9/36),治疗2疗程,3例痊愈,5例好转,1例无效。[结论]排石汤联合速效救心丸治疗输尿管结石,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Paishi Decoction combined with Suxiao Jiuxin Pills in treating ureteral calculi. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 136 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of their visits. In the control group, 68 patients were treated with norfloxacin 0.2g / time 3 times / d, furosemide 20mg / time 3 times / d, potassium chloride 0.5g / time 3 times / d, Vitamin K3 8mg / time 2 times / d, intramuscular injection; Anisodamine 10mg / time, 2 times / d, intramuscular injection. After taking water (500 ~ 1000mL), jumping exercise. Rest for 7 days after taking medicine. In the treatment group, 68 cases of Paishi Decoction (50 grams of Herba Astragalus, 20 grams of sea sand, 15 grams of chickweed, 30 grams of Shi Wei, 15 grams of Rhizoma Curcumae, 20 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 15 grams of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 10 grams of Safflower, Zi, Achyranthes, dodder 15g, Citrus aurantium 10g) decoction 200mL, 1 / d, morning and evening warm clothes; quick save heart pills 6 capsules / time, 3 times / d, sublingual. Continuous treatment of 10d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. Followed up for 1 year, observe the clinical symptoms, recurrence and so on. [Results] The treatment group cured 62 cases, 5 cases improved, 1 case ineffective, the total effective rate was 98.53%. The control group cured 36 cases, 25 cases improved, 7 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 89.71%. The treatment group than the control group (P <0.01). Waist pain relief time and stone discharge time were better in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.01). One year follow-up, there was no recurrence in the treatment group (0/62), 9 cases recovered in the control group (9/36), 2 courses of treatment, 3 cases recovered, 5 cases improved and 1 case ineffective. [Conclusion] Paishi Decoction combined with Suxiao Jiuxin Pills in treating ureteral calculi has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
