目的观察遵义地区结膜吸吮线虫成虫的超微结构特征。方法采集遵义地区人感染的结膜吸吮线虫,制作虫体标本,扫描电镜观察雌、雄虫超微结构特征。结果扫描电镜下成虫全身被有成叠瓦样排列的角皮皱褶,并有4条沟状凹陷;口孔呈六边形,咽部中间有两块半月形肌肉;虫体头端和尾端有乳突结构,其中部分乳突具虫种鉴定意义;虫体尾端腹面两侧有一对圆球形尾感器,表面光滑。雄虫尾端伸出长、短交合刺各1根。结论遵义地区人源结膜吸吮线虫超微结构与其他地区虫体存在一定差异,口囊底部两块半月形肌肉组成的咽门结构闭合呈线形开口为主要特征。
Objective To observe the ultrastructural features of adults of conjunctival sucking nematodes in Zunyi area. Methods Human conjunctival sucking nematode infected in Zunyi area was collected and the specimens of parasites were collected. The ultrastructural characteristics of female and male were observed by scanning electron microscope. Results The whole body of the adult was covered with tile-like keratin folds and had 4 furrows under the scanning electron microscope. The mouth was hexagonal with two meniscus muscles in the middle of the pharynx. The head and tail There papillae structure, some of which mastoid identification of insect species; parasites on both sides of the ventral tail of a spherical spherical sensor, the surface smooth. Male tail extended long, short cross-stab each one. Conclusion The ultrastructure of human conjunctival sucking nematode in Zunyi region is different from that in other regions. The linear structure of the pharyngeal structure consisting of two meniscus muscles at the bottom of the sac is closed.
