Skim milk powder: In the second half of 1999, the export of skim milk powder increased sharply and is expected to continue until 2000. Export prices are firm and may continue to increase in the coming months. Milk production in Oceania will decline due to seasonal reasons and there is a balance between available stocks of skim powder and demand for exports. European suppliers
