旅行社行业分工体系的不合理是造成旅行社行业市场秩序混乱和低效率运转的主要原因,也是阻碍旅行社行业健康发展的重要因素。本文着重分析了浙江旅行社行业结构分布和分工体系现存的问题,提出了大型旅行社集团化、中型旅行社专业化和小型旅行社网络化分工体系调整模式。
The unreasonable division of labor in the travel agency industry is the main reason causing the chaotic and inefficient operation of the travel agency market and an important factor that hinder the healthy development of the travel agency industry. This article emphatically analyzes the existing problems in Zhejiang travel agency industry structure distribution and division of labor system and puts forward the adjusting mode of large-scale travel agency group, medium-sized travel agency specialization and small travel agency networked division of labor system.
