目的:探讨癫痫清片(DXQ)对慢性致痫大鼠氨基酸含量的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射利多卡因(Lidocaine)造成慢性癫痫大鼠模型,以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测海马区氨基酸的含量。结果:癫痫清片可使癫痫大鼠海马区兴奋性氨基酸Glu、Asp的含量减少,抑制性氨基酸GABA含量升高,与模型组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:癫痫清片可调节海马区兴奋性和抑制性氨基酸含量的平衡失调,从而减轻癫痫大鼠发作程度和发作时间。
Objective: To investigate the effect of epilepsy clear tablets (DXQ) on amino acid content in rats with chronic epilepsy. METHODS: A rat model of chronic epilepsy was induced by intraperitoneal injection of lidocaine. The content of amino acids in the hippocampus was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). RESULTS: Epileptic tablets could decrease the contents of excitatory amino acids Glu and Asp in hippocampus of epileptic rats and increase the content of inhibitory amino acid GABA, which was statistically significant compared with the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Epilepsy can modulate the balance of excitatory and inhibitory amino acid content in the hippocampus, and thus reduce the degree of seizure and the time of onset.
