目的 :研究健康成年人QT离散度及其相关系数的正常值。方法 :测量 2 138名 18～ 85岁中国健康成年人的QT离散度 (QTd)、心率校正QT离散度 (QTcd)、JT离散度 (JTd)、心率校正JT离散度 (JTcd) ,从而推导其正常值范围。结果 :证明健康成年人QTd及其相关系数与性别、年龄无关 ,其 95 %可信区间最高值分别为4 9.0ms、4 9.6ms、4 9.3ms、4 9.8ms,均接近 5 0ms。结论 :中国健康成年人的QT离散度及其相关系数与性别、年龄无关 ,其正常值可定为小于 5 0ms。
OBJECTIVE: To study the QT dispersion of healthy adults and the normal values of their correlation coefficients. Methods: The QTd, QTcd, JTd and JTcd of 2 138 Chinese adults aged 18-85 years were measured. Normal range. Results: The QTd of healthy adults and their correlation coefficient were independent of gender and age. The highest 95% confidence interval was 4 9.0ms, 4 9.6ms, 4 9.3ms and 4 9.8ms respectively, all close to 5ms. Conclusion: The QT dispersion and its correlation coefficient in Chinese healthy adults have nothing to do with gender and age, and their normal values can be set as less than 5 0ms.
