当今世界信息越来越深刻地影响着政治、经济、文化的发展,知情决策与信息的关联度越来越强,图书馆做好信息参考咨询服务具有重要意义。文章围绕宁波市图书馆信息刊物《天一文荟》创刊的思路和经验展开了探讨,对栏目设置、信息选题、信息编排及对图书馆发展影响等内容作了阐述。
Nowadays, the information in the world affects the development of politics, economy and culture more and more deeply. The relation between informed decision-making and information is getting stronger and stronger. It is of great significance for the library to do information reference service. The article discussed the thoughts and experiences of the publication of “Tianyi Wen Hui”, an information publication of Ningbo Library, and elaborated the contents of column setting, information selection, information arrangement and the impact on library development.
