目的:本文旨在研究乳腺癌患者血、癌组织、淋巴结中CD44V6的表达及化疗对CD44V6表达的影响和意义。方法:用免疫组化方法检测癌组织CD44V6的表达,用流式细胞术检测血和淋巴结中CD44V6的表达。结果:乳腺癌组织中的淋巴细胞(t=4.71,P<0.05)和阳性淋巴结(t=5.11,P<0.05)的CD44V6的表达与对照相比显著增高,而患者外周血淋巴细胞CD44V6的表达也有所升高,但无统计学意义(t=0.98,P>0.05)。乳腺癌细胞的CD44V6的表达强阳性,且阳性率100%,而良性乳腺组织呈阴性表达。化疗后癌细胞的CD44V6的表达仍是100%,血和淋巴结中淋巴细胞的CD44V6的表达有所下降,但无意义,只有癌组织中淋巴细胞的CD44V6的表达水平显著下降(t=4.13,P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌具有淋巴转移的巨大潜能,CD44V6的表达与预后密切相关,而且与淋巴转移的关系更为密切。化疗通过对肿瘤的杀伤可抑制CD44V6的表达的增高,在一定程度上抑制转移。提示:CD44V6的可作为监测乳腺癌患者淋巴转移的指标之一。
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the expression and significance of CD44V6 in blood, cancer and lymph nodes in patients with breast cancer and the effect of chemotherapy on CD44V6 expression. Methods: The expression of CD44V6 in cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of CD44V6 in blood and lymph nodes was detected by flow cytometry. Results: The expression of CD44V6 in lymphocytes (t = 4.71, P <0.05) and positive lymph nodes (t = 5.11, P <0.05) in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the control Also increased, but not statistically significant (t = 0.98, P> 0.05). The positive expression rate of CD44V6 in breast cancer cells was 100%, while it was negative in benign breast tissues. After chemotherapy, the expression of CD44V6 in cancer cells was still 100%. The expression of CD44V6 in lymphocytes in blood and lymph nodes was decreased, but it was not significant. Only CD44V6 expression in lymphocytes in cancer tissues was significantly decreased (t = 4.13, P <0.05). Conclusion: Breast cancer has the great potential of lymphatic metastasis. The expression of CD44V6 is closely related to prognosis, and it is more closely related to lymph node metastasis. Chemotherapy through tumor killing can inhibit the expression of CD44V6 increased, to some extent, inhibition of metastasis. Tip: CD44V6 can be used as an indicator of lymph node metastasis in patients with breast cancer.
