塑性成形中摩擦主要受工艺参数、润滑介质、表面微观形貌等因素的影响。因大部分成形过程本质上都是非稳定的,这就使塑性成形中摩擦比机械传动中摩擦更为复杂、多变。本文主要介绍了塑性成形过程中的摩擦特点及摩擦系数的常用测量方式,并从金属材料表面润滑涂层、模具的摩擦与润滑和润滑剂的选择等方面论述了减小塑性成形中摩擦磨损的有效措施。
Friction in plastic forming is mainly affected by factors such as process parameters, lubrication medium and surface micro-morphology. Because most of the forming process is inherently unstable, the friction in plastic forming is more complicated and changeable than that in mechanical transmission. This article mainly introduces the friction characteristic and common measurement method of friction coefficient in the process of plastic forming, and discusses how to reduce friction and wear in plastic forming from the aspects of lubricating coating on metal surface, the friction and lubrication of mold and the selection of lubricant.
