本文建立了UV二阶导数光谱法测定特非那丁片含量的方法，选用80％甲醇为溶媒，测得特非那丁的回收率达99．7％，当特非那了浓度为4～20μgml-1时，线性方程；y＝0．4650x＋0．1925．r＝0．9998。
