由于基本单位普查对象比较多,普查单位情况比较复杂,各地在第二次全国基本单位普查《法人单位基本情况表》、《产业活动基本情况表》和《个体单位基本情况表》的现场登记过程中原生性误差再所难免。为彻底消除现场登记原生性误差,提高基本单位普查的数据质量,我们从以下两个方面,对消除全省第二次全国基本单位普查现场登记原生性误差进行了总结性研究。
Due to the large number of census objects in the basic units, the situation of the census units is rather complicated. At the second on-site registration process of the Basic Units List of Legal Entities, Basic Table of Industrial Activities and Basic Conditions of Individual Units Central native error is inevitable. In order to completely eliminate the on-site registration of the original error and improve the data quality of the census of the basic unit, we summarize the two aspects of the primary error of eliminating the second registration of the census of the province’s basic units.
