随着人们生活水平的提高,住宅厨卫间的设施日趋完善,对使用功能的要求也逐步提高。但是,一些住宅入住后,厨卫间出现漏水,不但影响了用户的使用,还缩短了建筑物的使用寿命。渗漏部位主要有:①地漏周围;②卫生器具的排水管和穿过地面的管道周围;③厨卫间内穿楼板的上下管、暖气管与套管之间;④浴盆上口与墙体接触处;⑤墙体与地面接触处。要解决以上渗漏问题,需严格监督防水施工的整个过程。
With the improvement of people’s living standard, the facilities of residential kitchen and bathroom are becoming more and more perfect, and the requirements for using functions are gradually increasing. However, after some residential occupancy, leakage occurred between the kitchen and bathroom, not only affect the user’s use, but also shorten the life of the building. Leaking parts are: ① around the floor drain; ② plumbing and sanitary appliances around the pipeline through the ground; ③ between the kitchen floor wear floor pipe, heating pipe and casing between; ④ tub on the mouth and the wall Contact place; ⑤ wall and the ground contact. To solve the above leakage problems, we must strictly supervise the entire process of waterproof construction.
