多年来,国外比较重视游泳运动员训练课后的放松练习。在一些欧洲国家,不但研制大量的先进设备,为运动员的机体恢复创造良好的条件,而且还组织力量专门研究运动员训练后如何消除疲劳,恢复体力的方法和措施。近两年来,我国虽然也在这方面进行了一些摸索,但实际报导不多。为此,我们根据我国的实际情况,通过水上自我放松练习和测定运动员的心
Over the years, foreign countries attach more importance to relaxation exercises after training of swimmers. In some European countries, not only has a large amount of advanced equipment been developed to create favorable conditions for the recovery of athletes’ bodies, but also organizations have devoted themselves to studying methods and measures for how to eliminate fatigue and restore physical strength after training athletes. In the past two years, although China has made some exploration in this area, its actual coverage is limited.
