左心耳(left atrial appendage)为延续于左心房的一盲端结构,其特殊的解剖结构使其成为血栓易形成的部位。研究表明,15%的栓塞事件均源于心脏,特别是左心耳。Acar等[1]报道在伴随瓣膜疾病的心房颤动(简称房颤)患者中,左心房血栓约60%位于左心房心耳部。90%非风湿瓣膜性房颤患者血栓都是在左心耳形成[2]。在一些疾病中,左心耳结构及功能会发生一定程度变化,可促进左心房血栓的形成,使体循环栓塞的发生率
The left atrial appendage is a blind-end structure that continues in the left atrium and has a special anatomical structure that makes it a thrombus-prone site. Research shows that 15% of the embolic events are derived from the heart, especially the left atrial appendage. Acar et al. [1] reported that about 60% of left atrial thrombi were located in the left atrial appendage in patients with atrial fibrillation (valvular atrial fibrillation) with valvular disease. Thromboembolism occurs in the left atrial appendage in 90% of patients with non-rheumatic valvular atrial fibrillation [2]. In some diseases, left atrial appendage structure and function will change to some extent, can promote the formation of left atrial thrombus, so that the incidence of systemic embolism
